1 cauliflower
1 small onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Brommell and Brown yogurt butter
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. chicken boullion granules or 1 cube
1/2 - 3/4 tsp. ground or dried thyme (depending on the size cauliflower)
2 Tbsp. 1% milk
3 cloves of roasted garlic
- Wash cauliflower and cut into small pieces.
- Steam in water and boullion until very soft (about 20 minutes)
- Chop onion and sautee in butter until starting to turn brown, sprinkle with the salt as it's cooking
- Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender and whip until smooth
- Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot
